About
PATO PATO

Pato Pato was born from one big dream: raising kids who speak, think, and dream in Spanish.

For many of us, Spanish wasn’t just a language. It was how love sounded. How comfort showed up. How childhood felt. But raising kids in the U.S., that inheritance can feel fragile.

As a Latina mom raising two boys here, I searched everywhere for hands-on tools that would help me pass that on, and came up empty. What I found instead were flashcards, screens, and translations that treated Spanish like an extra…not a foundation.

So I built what we needed.
Pato Pato creates play-based tools designed by native speakers to support real, deep language learning: phonics, early reading, comprehension, and cultural connection. Not just vocabulary, but meaning. Not just words, but belonging.

No screens. No awkward translations. Just open-and-go tools that fit into real life and help parents keep Spanish alive at home.

Because this isn’t just about teaching a language. It’s about championing the parent who refuses to let it fade, and making sure what raised us lives on in our kids.
We’re not just passing Spanish down. We’re raising the next generation of confident language-keepers.
