Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, or if there’s an unexpected delay, please contact us at info@playpatopato.com and we’ll help however we can.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging, so we can make it right.
